Prasad Mani is an accomplished Agile Consultant Trainer and Coach with over 24 years of extensive hands-on experience in the IT/FinTech industry. He is the Founder and CEO of Prozenics, a company that specializes in Agile/Scrum training, coaching, and consulting. Prasad is a result-oriented and passionate trainer for Agile/Scrum and Project Management, having delivered Agile training programs to multinational companies and spoken at various conferences. Prasad has facilitated and coached global Agile teams across various programs and portfolios within the FinTech industry. He is certified for Agile Facilitation in PayPal and has played the role of Agile Program Manager and Agile Champion. Prasad has experience in international cross-border payments, e-commerce domain, and BFSI domain (credit card, mutual funds, wealth management). He has worked closely with global business partners to improve products, services, and business processes. Prasad has developed and managed end-to-end program life cycles and ensured on-time delivery of programs. He has managed big rock programs end-to-end for product companies and interfaced with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, schedule, and resources are aligned across teams.
